This policy explains, in plain English, what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. Who I am
This website is run by Golden Goose Projects Pty Ltd (ABN 19 655 429 646), trading as Marquee AI Consultant, based in Australia. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Marquee AI Consultant.

2. What the forms collect
When you fill in a booking form, I collect what you type into it:
- your name and your business name
- your industry and team size
- your town or suburb and state
- your biggest current frustration
- your preferred time for a call, if you give one
- your email address and phone number
I also record which page the form was on and when it was sent. I do not collect payment details, identity documents or your IP address through the forms.
3. Why I collect it
I use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call and, if we work together, to do that work. I do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
4. How it is stored
Your enquiry is sent securely and kept in a private enquiry log and in my email inbox. Only I can access them. I keep your details only as long as I need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows.
5. Service providers
The companies that host this website and deliver its emails process your details on my behalf so the form works. Some of these providers may store or process data outside Australia. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
6. No tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party tracking scripts. The hosting platform may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the site and its form working.
7. Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@marqueeaiconsultant.com and I will respond within 30 days.
8. Complaints
If you have a concern about how I have handled your information, please contact me first at hello@marqueeaiconsultant.com. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
9. Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
